HOW TO APPLY FOR THE FOUR MONTH PROGRAMME
1. Apply
Complete the application form online by going to the application page [Use link on the right sidebar], or call the NEC office on: +44 [0]115 960 6312 and ask for Craig Gooden.
2. Submit/Send
Once you have completed your form online follow the online instructions and send it online to PEACE
3. Acknowledgement
As soon as we receive your application form we will send you an email to acknowledge that we have received your application and a list of things that you need to do to complete your application (two passport-sized photographs, consent letter signed by parent if you are 17 years old, referees names, pay admissions fee £20.00, pay course fees, how to pay course fees £2,300.00 or pay part of course fee). We will also email you reference forms that you will need to send out to your referees, and a heath declaration form for you to sign, and we will also request that you confirm acceptance of the place that we have provisionally reserved for you.
4. Assessment
Your application will be assessed for suitability based on the following criteria: Age 17 +, commitment to building a real relationship with God, a real interest in Evangelism and the work of the church, membership of the church, medical history and current health and well-being are good, referees report is favourable, pastoral support is favourable, finances to cover and pay fees in full are in place, or agreement to pay fees by instalments in exceptional circumstances, are approved (please contact André Crawford to discuss this).
5. Waiting
We will hold your place for you while references are being sent in and medical notes, fees, photos etc. are being forwarded to us. There is no need to worry at this stage about your place as it will be held until all relevant documents and funds are received. If you are unable to get a medical note, you are permitted to sign the declaration of good health note that you were sent and send that in.
6. Confirmation
Once all documents are received and we are satisfied with your application, you will be asked to schedule a suitable time for a short interview after which you will receive a letter and email confirming your place and telling you what to bring, as well as a PEACE Booklist. At this stage you should have paid your registration fee and started payment towards your course fees. Our policy is that all fees are paid before you start the course.
