The instructors at PEACE are always those of the highest standard and ability. We aim to have those teaching who are not only well versed in their field of study but also those who have personally and practically proven and experienced what they teach.
Our guest instructors in the past have included Pastor Stephen Bohr, Pastor Ian Sweeney, Pastor Don Mackintosh, Sharon Platt McDonald, Jeffrey Rosario, Kevin Sears, Emmanuel Baek, Eugene Prewitt, Pastor Mike Simpson, Pastor Alan Hush, and many more.
The exact names of the teachers may change from year to year based on their availability but the standard is always high.
Craig Gooden serves as the Outreach Co-ordinator at PEACE He gave his life to Jesus at the age of 20 and has a great love for his Redeemer. Since then he has been involved in different departments within the church such as AYS, Sabbath School teacher, Religious Liberties, Personal Ministries and Eldership.
During his years of growth he gained a passion for Evangelism. In 2007 he went to participate in an Evangelistic training course in the USA from which he graduated. Shortly after returning he continued to give Bible studies, training, presenting and preaching to the point where he said he wants to work for God full – time.
Craig has had the great opportunity to be invited around the UK and to different parts of Europe such as, Holland, Switzerland and Croatia presenting the Gospel and our need to share the Gospel. He also enjoys fellowship, reading and traveling.
Beulah Plunkett is the Associate Director for PEACE, she was called to serve in 2010. Beulah brings to PEACE 25 years experience lecturing in Further and Higher Education; teaching Child development psychology, and Social psychology, and Principles of Learning, she also has 16 years experience training teachers in Further Education, and Counselling skills.
She was until recently a fulltime lecturer and Programme Manager in the Social Sciences Division at the University of Birmingham, where she lectured for eight years. Beulah has been an active member of the church since 1986; leading several departments, teaching Sabbath School, as well as being a member of the BUC executive.
Beulah has also preached in the USA and across the UK, thus realising her passion of reaching and teaching God’s people. In 2008 Beulah accepted the call to take up the role of Sabbath School Director in the North England Conference and in 2010 she also accepted the post of Associate Director for PEACE, having been involved in its development.
Adam Ramdin has served as the Director of PEACE since being asked to fulfill this role in 2010. He also serves as the pastor of the Yardley SDA church in the North England Conference of SDA.
He was born and raised in England and moved over to the USA at the age of 19 to study and then to work. He gained a varied experience in bible work, literature evangelism and public evangelism and prior to moving back to England in 2007 he preached and held campaigns in the South Pacific, India, several countries in Africa and across the USA when he worked for Amazing Facts as an evangelist.
His passion is to see the gospel spread throughout the British Isles and Europe as people are trained and equipped to finish the work. When he has some spare time he enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, particularly snowboarding in the winter months.
