Sponsored by North England Conference of Seventh-day Adventist Churches
P Practical – Practical means learning, practising and using the skills that you are taught on the PEACE programme. The programme is delivered in such a way that alongside lectures there are practical demonstrations, and real experiences that enable students to gain a full understanding of what is being taught.
E Evangelism – Evangelism is at the heart of what PEACE trains students for. The goal of PEACE is to teach the evangelism cycle and train students to follow the cycle through from the door to bible studies, church attendance, and baptism, and after baptism membership of the church.
A Adventist – Adventist stands for the context within which PEACE is framed, delivered and administered. Adventist stands for the North England Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. This is where PEACE was developed and therefore PEACE reflects the CORE of our Adventist beliefs.
CE Christian Education – Christian represents the overarching spiritual content of the PEACE programme. Christ is at the centre of all we do and plan to do. John 3:16 tells us “for God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life.”
